Seems liek the rats are being poisioned, and its affecting the animal feeding vampires.

We look the guy up, he's a ghoul of a guy named Hanz, and has an amulet with. Name on it, I investigate the amulet, others go to find hans

Hans is at his museum, although he head ain't near his body. Security cameras show three guys show up, get in an argument, and then is killed by the trio after a scuffle.
