Overview

Flore is a nation of mages, where those with the strongest control or knowledge of  magic wield the largest influence, in particular, it is ruled over by The Order Of Mariza's Library, an order of mages founded by the first Head Keeper and Archmage Marzia. Far away from the war-torn southern plains and the Moramu infested eastern coast, Marizia, a former and one of the few surviving members of The Crystal Mages of Runeport founded the Nation of Flore, the city of Vrada, and finally The Order Of Mariza's Library, a mages college with the goal of spreading magical knowledge and talent, instead of hoarding it like her previous guild had, leading to the founding of a Mages college in Vrada that has become the largest and most prestigious in the world, enrolling thousands of students each year, although only a small percentage of them wind up being deemed worthy of joining The Library once their studies have concluded.

Flore is awash with magic, from the people who live in it, to the vast amount of magical creatures, monsters, and flora that can be found in the nations relatively small borders, particularly in and around The Family range of mountains.

Vrada is Flore's capital, and has been since its founding. Over time, other people and non-mages began to move in, some of them eventually founding the merchant Nation of Vane, with Flore giving them control of half of the city, welcoming the new influx of trade these new people brought to the area. 

Ever since the nation of Khekir attacked, and forced one third of the city to be handed over in exchange for an end of the conflict, Flore and Khekir have been on the verge of restarting the conflict due to their mutual hatred of each other, with Vane trying to keep the two in some form of peace with eachother. 

The Head Keeper of the Library, in addition to their responsibilities for the Library, has also had the responsibility of ruling Flore, andfor currently,the last almost 20 years, that person is Head Keeper Kisia.
